The Signature Program

A 4 month personalized program for whole-body health.

This is for individuals who want to improve their relationship with food and their bodies, reach their ideal weight, learn how to nourish their bodies without counting calories or restrictive diets, or manage any pre-existing medical conditions, such as high cholesterol or PCOS.
You’ll receive a full assessment, a customized plan, targeted supplement guidance, and nine 1:1 sessions with ongoing support so you feel clear and confident in your next steps.

Fix Your Gut 

A high-touch, root-cause program for improving gut health. 

This is for people who are struggling with digestive/gut issues such as bloating, indigestion, GERD, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Celiac’s Disease, or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).

We will work closely together over a period of 3-4 months in order to get to the root of your gut issues to improve your symptoms, and ultimately, your quality of life. This program includes additional testing, such as hormone or stool test, and a personalized protocol to help you feel your best. This is a holistic approach that focuses on sleep hygiene, movement, proper life nourishment, and mindfulness in addition to simply dietary changes.

Includes a GI-MAP stool test, full clinical interpretation, an individualized gut healing protocol, eight 1:1 sessions, and clear, step-by-step guidance throughout your healing.

Functional Test + Clinical Action Plan

A focused option if you want specific answers. 

Choose from GI-MAP, MRT, DUTCH, DUTCH Plus, or CAR.
You’ll receive full test interpretation, a personalized action plan, supplement guidance, and clear next steps for your health.

  • 01.  How do I schedule an appointment?

    The first step for any new client is an initial consultation. This will help ensure we’re a good fit, and from there, we’ll put together your individualized plan. To schedule your initial consultation, request an appointment.

    After we schedule your initial consultation, you will receive a confirmation email for your appointment, including information on office policies and forms to complete ahead of time.

  • 02.  Do you take insurance?

    I do not take insurance but I will provide a superbill at the end of each session. A superbill is an official receipt of services, which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on your personal insurance plan. Any reimbursement would then be sent directly to you.

    I do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flex Spending Account (FSA).

  • 03.  Where do you meet with clients?

    I meet with all my clients virtually — over the phone or video conferencing.

  • 04.  How long do you typically work with a client?

    This will depend on your individual needs and goals. The starting point is around 3-4 months but there are options to continue working together on a monthly basis, as needed.

  • 05.  What forms of payment do you accept?

    I accept credit or debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
