INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk (if using non-dairy milk, aim for unsweetened)
1.5 cups frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs tahini
1 tbs flaxseeds
1 handful of spinach
