Fix Your Gut: Individualized 12-Week Program
Do you have gut issues like pain, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation that interfere with your daily life? Are you emotionally exhausted from trying to solve your gut issues by yourself? Are your gut symptoms easily triggered by food?
We will work together to get to the root of your issues in order to reduce your symptoms and improve your overall quality of life.
We will investigate your root issues through stool or hormone testing.
You'll receive an individualized dietary, supplement and lifestyle protocol based on your test results and your lifestyle.
Ongoing support ensures your symptoms improve with as much ease and efficiency as possible.
When working with someone new, the first step is always a complimentary consultation. This gives me the opportunity to learn more about you, where you need support and how I can possibly help. This is also the time for you to get to know me, and for us to ensure we’re a good fit before moving forward and working together.
I work with people over time to help them make the changes they need to meet their health goals. Currently, there are two ways in:
1. The Signature Nutrition Program
This is for individuals who want to improve their relationship with food and their bodies, reach their ideal weight, learn how to nourish their bodies without counting calories or restrictive diets, or manage any pre-existing medical conditions, such as high cholesterol or PCOS.
2. Fix Your Gut Program
This is for people who are struggling with digestive/gut issues such as bloating, indigestion, GERD, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Celiac’s Disease, or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).
We will work closely together over a period of 3-4 months in order to get to the root of your gut issues to improve your symptoms, and ultimately, your quality of life. This program includes additional testing, such as hormone or stool test, and a personalized protocol to help you feel your best. This is a holistic approach that focuses on sleep hygiene, movement, proper life nourishment, and mindfulness in addition to simply dietary changes.
