When working with someone new, the first step is always a complimentary consultation. This gives me the opportunity to learn more about you, where you need support and how I can possibly help. This is also the time for you to get to know me, and for us to ensure we’re a good fit before moving forward and working together.
I work with people over time to help them make the changes they need to meet their health goals. Currently, there are two ways in:
1. The Signature Nutrition Program
This is for individuals who want to improve their relationship with food and their bodies, reach their ideal weight, learn how to nourish their bodies without counting calories or restrictive diets, or manage any pre-existing medical conditions, such as high cholesterol or PCOS.
2. Fix Your Gut Program
This is for people who are struggling with digestive/gut issues such as bloating, indigestion, GERD, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Celiac’s Disease, or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).
We will work closely together over a period of 3-4 months in order to get to the root of your gut issues to improve your symptoms, and ultimately, your quality of life. This program includes additional testing, such as hormone or stool test, and a personalized protocol to help you feel your best. This is a holistic approach that focuses on sleep hygiene, movement, proper life nourishment, and mindfulness in addition to simply dietary changes.
The first step for any new client is an initial consultation. This will help ensure we’re a good fit, and from there, we’ll put together your individualized plan. To schedule your initial consultation, request an appointment.
After we schedule your initial consultation, you will receive a confirmation email for your appointment, including information on office policies and forms to complete ahead of time.
I do not take insurance but I will provide a superbill at the end of each session. A superbill is an official receipt of services, which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on your personal insurance plan. Any reimbursement would then be sent directly to you.
I do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flex Spending Account (FSA).
This will depend on your individual needs and goals. The starting point is around 3-4 months but there are options to continue working together on a monthly basis, as needed.
I accept credit or debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
