Breakfast is what gets me out of bed in the morning – specifically, this one. It’s sweet but balanced and super satisfying. This blueberry tahini smoothie is a gut health powerhouse – blueberries, sesame seeds, flaxseed, and some (hidden) spinach pack tons of fiber, nutrients, and healthy fats. Swap out the blueberries for different fruits or sub out the tahini for a different nut butter.
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Note: If you’re planning to eat this for breakfast and want to increase the protein content, try adding your favorite protein powder or a cup of greek yogurt.
